Director of Information Technology
Direct all day to day technical operations for this $3 billion company,
including an $800,000 budget, manage 2 Network Administrators, 2
Programmers, and a Risk Coordinator; oversee 40 servers between two
locations. Develop all technology policies and procedures, lead all
projects, purchase equipment and software as well as implement and maintain
external and internal company websites.
. Led a team of professionals to implement a CRM solution which will assist
business development representatives to improve their customer
relationships and streamline incident handling procedures.
. Designed and introduced a company-wide risk management methodology to
meet government regulations and guidelines; authored all information
technology policies.

Network which increased the number of images the Credit Unions could view

transfers and ACH corrections and returns, view reports, and transfer
