o Currently working on the 4G Wimax network for Clearwire Corporation as a

Field Technician, were I configure, commission, and test switches,

routers, microwave equipment, and RF equipment.

o I have exposure in network protocol TCP/IP, MCSE, and CCNA. I have

essential knowledge of inbound and outbound signaling, including network

topology for voice and data.

o Recently I completed successful training on Eband, and Ceragon microwave

systems, and Samsung RF systems thru Clearwire.

I am lead coordinator between the client and our field team which was

instrumental in the Washington D.C, and Connecticut markets reaching

their site goals which allowed them to meet their public access on air

launch dates.

Air National Guard Nov 1998 - Aug 2010

Command Center Supervisor

o Managed/ performed command, control, communications and computer

information (C4) support within Command Post (CP) Operation Center to

support Homeland Security, National Defense and Air Force operations.

o Established strategic plans and logistics during initial phase

transitioning $20M Air Sovereignty Alert (ASA) Facility in Dec 2009.

Worked with commercial vendors to procure specialize Command Post

equipment Siemens' touch screen telephone system, L3 technology " pocket

J" radar tracking system, and Traffic Situation and Weather Display

system.

o Received certificate of appreciation from the Joint Task Force Commander

Washington D.C for supervising the 113 Wing Command Post (CP) during the

56th Presidential Inauguration of President Barack H. Obama. The CP was

on duty and mission ready for any unforeseen incidents during this

historic event.

o Awarded the Air Force Meritorious Service Medal for the period from 11

Sep 2001 to 1 Dec 2003. As the Non-Commissioned officer in charge of the

Alert Command Center, was instrumental in the transformation of the 113th

Wing Command Center from a traditional Air National Guard Command Center

to a North Atlantic Air Defense Air Operations Center due to the attacks

on 9-11.

Oversight management of most active Alert Command Post (CP) in the

world since Sep 11 2001. As of Jan 2010, the 113 Wing CP has

successfully controlled and monitored over 2500 NORAD Alert Missions,

more than triple the amount of any other alert facility.

responsible for acquiring test data for the newest version of Air

Force 1, Boeing 747/ 200B series aircraft for Nuclear Survivability.
