The world-leading provider of satellite communication services: During my tenure with Vizada, I had three unique areas of

responsibility.

Key Account Manager 2008-2010

• Maintained 15 key accounts throughout the USA; in 2 years I grew revenue by ~20% for my top three customers

• Developed new sales channels, researching via the Internet and introducing Vizada to prospects during shows and conferences.

In my first year during this, I was able to gain four new accounts, of which two used to work solely with Vizada’s biggest

competitor.

Office Manager 2005-2010

• Opened and managed logistics office in Madison, WI; taking care of day to day business as contracts with forwarding

companies, dealing with the building owner, security of the building, etc..

• Hired and supervised logistics employee and two temporary employees

Logistics Supervisor 2001-2010

• 2006-2010, Madison, WI

o Started up first logistics office for Vizada in Madison, WI

o Operated logistics for all customers across the Americas, roughly 50 service providers

o Received and processed approx 50 to 75 Purchase orders per week from service providers. The majority of these

purchase orders would get shipped the same day.

o Researched new vendors where satellite communication equipment could be sourced, resulting in five new vendors.

Since there are various suppliers of accessories available, it was always key to ensure the right vendor with the right

equipment and right pricing was found.

• 2001-2005, The Hague, The Netherlands

o Logistics Manager in the Netherlands in which I supervised the repair department and a logistics employee

o Managed warehouse, including inventory management and developed product storage regulations

o Purchased satellite communication equipment from various vendors. In 2001 there was only one network available, in

2002 there were three available. Every network comes with its own equipment and therefore vendor relationships had

to be established. In total I was dealing with approx. 15 vendors on a weekly base, resulting in approx. 40-50 Purchase

order to these vendors on a monthly base.

o Received and processed an average of 50 to 100 purchase orders per week from SP in satellite communications

equipment

• 2000-2001, The Hague, The Netherlands

o Acted as accounts receivable and payable clerk, being responsible for the collection of payments from approx. 20-30

debtors and paying invoices from approx. 10 vendors

o Assisted in technical support department, assisting the repair manager when needed with administrative duties and

repair tasks

o Performed customer support duties during weekends and during regular hours when needed, assisting customers with

the activation of their SIM cards and advising on what kind of terminal to use

o Worked as a billing manager, responsible for processing invoices and distributing to customers. Ensuring all discounts

and credits were also taken in consideration while creating the new monthly invoices.

the Bosnia and Herzegovina war)
