Senior Financial Analyst (AT&T and Cingular Wireless) - (1999 -
Present)
Supports the Ohio/Western PA District, which consists of over 2M
subscribers. Responsible for developing detailed subscriber, revenue, and
expense budgets, with revenues in excess of $1 billion dollars. Partners
with the Vice President of Sales to identify the factors driving the
District's results in order to make course corrections. Discovers areas
for operational improvement such as revenue enhancements, pricing changes,
reduction of bad debt levels, and opportunities for future subscriber
growth. Provides Senior Leadership Team with accurate and timely
reporting, long-range forecasts, and variances to plan for use in decision
making. Also prepares business cases to support promotional analyses,
calling area enhancements, and capital investments.
Accomplishments:
Spearheaded analysis and recommendations for reallocation of internal
capital distribution. Ultimate outcome was a reduction of $40 M in
operating costs due to better use of capital investment.
Served as financial representative on Philadelphia market partnership board
of directors.
Regional Business Manager (Cellular One) - (1997-1999)
Responsibilities included: preparation of regional operating budget with
revenues in excess of $100 million; oversee monthly variance analysis of
actual results to budget and identify areas of opportunity; prepare monthly
forecasts of regional operating cash flow and key financial indicators.
Partner with local sales distribution to develop and implement new pricing
structures. Direct Regional audit function relative to promotions,
adjustments, and operational policy. Approve and monitor authorized agent

Regional Financial professionals.

Streamlined and automated a monthly management reporting package. This
