Devised successful turnaround plan for the lowest performing store of 30-

store national chain; destination store comprised of 260 employees and

186,000 sp. ft. facility with restaurant, large scale aquarium, and museum.

Managed payroll and staffing, spearheaded/supported HR team of 5, 4-person

senior management team, 10-person department management team. Implemented

recognition programs, improve and maintain moral and environment, mentored

Oversee the day to day activities of a 290 seat call center and exercise

the highest level of professionalism to aid and serve management and staff

in all aspects pertaining to state and federal regulations. Duties to

include; personnel management, recruiting/staffing, payroll, training,

employee relations and implementation of EEO/HR policies. Working in

conjunction with QA, IT, and operations; reviewing of statistical data,

evaluations, and disciplinary guidelines (promotions, suspension,

investigations and terminations).

Notable Successes:

. Initiated and devised policies and procedure for management staff to

guide, train and motivate personnel in accordance with client

expectations.

. Since implementation of new client project in late October 2006,

retention levels have been maintained at 10%, succeeding the previous

level of 33%.

. Working in conjunction with client in devising strategies, proper

network implementation, and security, in order to perform effectively

and efficiently.

. Kept 4th quarter spending down by 17%; on track to attain a 13%

decrease in spending for 1st quarter 2007.

aspects of functionality of the Account Recovery Department. Handle all
