Client: Northern Trust, Chicago, IL --01/2009 to 09/2010

Role: Test Engineer

Northern Trust is a global leader in delivering innovative investment

management, asset and fund administration, fiduciary and banking solutions

to corporations, institutions and affluent individuals.

The purpose of this application is to prvide Unique Legal Entity

Identifier ("ULEI") a 'unique' entity for the Credit Risk Asseted

investment holders. Based on the risk the ULEI value is generated which

facilitates Basel II and support regulatory and management reporting

requirements.

Responsibilities:

. Analyzed business requirements and flow of data from various data

sources.

. Responsible for creation of testcases based on the functional test

cases

. Documented Test Cases for the data flow from OWS table to the OWE

table using Mercury Quality Center

. Executes the test cases as per the data flow and prepares the report

. Verified the data in the OWE table and ensuring whether the data has

undergone tranformation rules via lookup table.

. Reports the defects into the Quality Center if any.

. Analyzed the error tables and destination tables after the ETL process

to ensure that all records have moved to destination, if some error.,

it would have moved to error table

. Verifying the data in the BI reports is as per the records from the

destination table

Motorola is leading communication and innovation over years in cellular

devices, 4G, enterprise video etc.,

"GEMINI" is Motorola's customization of Siebel Marketing and Analytics

7.8. This product helped Motorola create and manage marketing efforts for

all their products including the Android phone released in 2009. Campaign

management project conducted real time QA on the SMS and email campaign

Motorola did on their customers and prospects.

Responsibilities:

. Analyzing the requirements and reviewing the design.

. Prepare test plan as per the requirements.

. Responsible for the creation of test cases as per the requirements

. Over the project, led the QA effort for upgrade of GEMINI 1.5 to 2.0

at the production site.

. Conduct performance and load testing during upgrade from Siebel

Analytics 7.8 to OBIEE 10.1.3.3 and patch releases.

. Execute test cases using PL/SQL and TOAD.

. Track bugs using Mercury Quality Center if any.

. Participate in weekly conference calls with Motorola based in Chicago.

worldwide.

Role: Process Engineer

"CMMI SQA" is about verification of "EQUIP IT" process in Motorola for all

the projects in their Networks and Enterprise (N&E) Business Unit. The

Process Engineers conducted compliance audits to the projects and share

the audit results with the project team and Quality team, raise non-

conformance issues and work with the PMs in their closure. As a process

engineer, my responsibilities included:

. Audit the motorola projects as allocated

. Performed quality control activities for the projects allocated

. Raise Non conformances and make the status open and ensure whether the

PM are aware of the audits and make them to close the non-

conconformances at the earliest

. Mentor and train the Motorola Project Managers and team members in

EQUIP IT process. Review all the work products of the projects.

. Check the status of projects using IT Governance(ITG) and Project

Management tool Primavera.

. Conduct audits of all projects.

. Ensure that all the reviews are recorded in the Clear Quest tool.

. Raise non-conformances and track their closure.

. Participate in weekly conference calls with Project Managers iand

complete monitoring.
