Cell-based assay
1) High-throughput cell-based assay using reporter gene system, such as
GFP, luciferase, etc.
2) Large-scale gene knockdown (RNAi) and tagged gene over-expression and
functional analysis, such as cell proliferation, cell death, etc.
3) Highly proficient in different gene silencing techniques, such as
lentivirus-delivery, adenovirus-delivery, siRNA, shRAN and different
inducible shRNA system.
Protein science and molecular biology
1) 2-D/MS analysis;
2) ChIP-on-ChiP;
3) High-throughput from gene cloning to protein expression and
purification;
4) Protein interaction study: yeast two-hybrid, GST-pulldown, Co-IP, etc.
