Personal skills and strengths:
Before being in management I spent many years as a server, service trainer, marketer,
and for a short time, a medical assistant. I consider myself a people person and I love
every aspect of the hospitality industry. I find a great deal of satisfaction in return
customers who have had memorable events for themselves and their guests. I feel there is
no better advertisement than word of mouth from satisfied customers. I am very
organized and give special attention to detail. I have excellent customer service skills
and I feel I lead with a strong hand and a big heart.
