Control), AMDWS (Air Missile Defense Workstation, LCMR (Lightweight Counter-Mortar

technicians on all facets of telecommunication systems. Oversaw the set up, installation,

operation and maintenance of multiple satellite systems. Proficient with Microsoft Word,

Transmission Communication/Comsec Chief October 2006 - Present

U.S. Army, Darmstadt, Germany/Fort Hood, TX

Managed and accounted for 6 V3 shelters, 1 Remote Access Unit and 7 generators valued in

excess of $20M. Supervised minor repairs to the trucks and shelters to get them back to 10/20

standard for the deactivation of the company. Prepared work schedules, maintained equipment

records, prepared and submitted technical and administrative reports. Developed and revised

Standard Operating Procedures. Provided technical assistance in resolving connectivity problems

and complex maintenance problems. Replaced faulty circuit cards and other sensitive equipment

to include multiplexing systems. Inventoried and maintained equipment and vehicles valued in

excess of $6M. Ensured scheduled maintenance services were completed on all the equipment.

Performance of preventive maintenance, checks, and services, and trained up 8 to personnel on

common tasks such as first aide, MOUT training, and weapon systems.

personnel. Ensured all scheduled and unscheduled services for 12 trucks, shelters and 12

generators were completed to Army standards. Supervised, prepared and coordinated work

schedules for communications technicians. Engaged in the installation, operation, and unit level

maintenance of multichannel radio systems. Provided technical assistance in resolving

connectivity problems, complex maintenance faults, and during contingency situations. Planned

and coordinated LOS communication assemblage deployment and system operations. Wrote

Radio and Remote Radio Access Unit. Managed and accounted for a Remote Radio Access Unit

(AN/TRC 191), 1 (AN/TRC190) V1, 2 5-kilowatt generators valued in excess of $6M.

Performed maintenance and repairs on equipment ensuring sufficient signal strength. Conducted

loopback tests by analyzing Built In Tests and Built In Test Equipment. Installed a secure

telephone network including 2 antennas used for Band 1 or Band 3 LOS radio frequencies an

ominal directional antenna. Generated daily reports for senior leadership on the status of the

equipment and telecommunication specialists.
