Worked as a QA tester for 2 different modules,

Cheetah Technologies provides software solutions to efficiently manage

dental practice with high patient loads, multiple locations or multiple

doctors. Scope of the project is to test an easy-to-use interface with

features such as Intuitive Graphical User Interface, Insurance, Patient

Check-in, Comprehensive Financials, Patient Tracking, Standard and Custom

Reports etc.

Responsibilities

. Performed both manual Testing and Participated in analyzing the

system requirements and designed the Test Cases for Orthodontic

practice.

. Conducted walkthroughs and reviews with designers and

developers

. Involved in the development of system test plan and test

scripts using business and system requirement documents

Software QA Tester

Worked as Software tester in the National Warranty for Exchange System

project. Customer's defective cell phones are replaced through warranty

exchange and shipped to them with in one day. Call center representatives

from various AT&T Wireless call centers use this software. Application

software developed using Java.

Responsibilities:

. Developed Test Plans and wrote the Test Cases

. Involved in both Manual Testing and backend testing.

. Performed unit testing and performed Integration testing with

other systems.

. User Acceptance testing (UAT) performed along with call center

managers to make sure that application meets their requirements.
