Instrumentation Technician, working for a major Temperature, and Humidity

Manufacture. Manage work flow for testing projects: Duties including

Testing, scaling, troubleshooting at component level and calibrating many

types of Temperature sensors, including thermometers, controllers,

Temperature chart recorder, RTD Instruments and Thermistor instruments,

Humidity sensors, transmitter sensors and IR calibration. Be able to

calculate the accuracies of instruments for all functions including ranges,

able to work from engineering drawings and Schematic Maintain ISO 9001

Certification of Lab procedures and equipments, and monitoring Standards

the in Lab. The temperature calibration is performing by simulating

voltage/ Thermocouple versus Temperature. RTD and Thermistors curves,

resistances/versus temperature. Working safety with AC power up(750 VAC)

and DC power up( 1000DCV) The transmitter calibration is done by wiring

loop current or voltage, and using analog output configuration voltage or

current to calculate Temperature and Humidity. Also scaling transmitters by

input Temperature and read Current from 4 to 20 mADC or 0 to 5VDC and vise

versa. Understand and calibrate low gage pressure, both digital and

analog. The instruments recalibration process is done, by follow a

complex calibration procedures, and personal initiative. Finally, providing

a certificate with the result of the test data to the customer accordingly

to ISO, with the instrument actual accuracies. And store the calibration

data in the company software log book . Also I am able to perform

multitasking project at the same time, based on priority.

different Crystal Oscillator circuits such as: voltage control crystal

Oscillator, and Temperature compensate crystal Oscillator from low to high

frequency .Digital circuit like phase looked loop. Working closely with

to sep up at frequency and troubleshoot Oscillators circuits. Interpreting,
