Chicago Board of Education- Chief Engineer 1990-2004

Operated and maintained high pressure power plant, boilers chillers,

steam turbine, and compression pumps. Responsible for chemical testing

of boilers, water treatment, building automation systems, H.V.A.C.,

electrical work, plumbing, and carpentry. Set up preventative maintenance

programs, and supervised staff and outside contractors. Performed repairs

on above named equipment, and operated and arranged budget and capitol

improvement projects. Supervise housekeeping staff.
