My work experience has provided me with 30 years of professional

commercial construction. Being a solid team player, I have a proven

combined strengths in planning & organization, establish professional
open door relationships with clients, and demonstrates strong
supervisory skills necessary to complete a fast turnaround on all
projects.
In addition, I have had the opportunity to interact with, assist,

JOB DUTIES PERFORMED:
Provide input for preparation of project construction schedule, and
advise owner of changes in the project construction, which
significantly impact project schedule.
Prepare and maintain proper reports in accordance with company
policies and
procedures. Maintain as-built drawings. Keep project set of contract
documents posted
with latest RFI's, ASI's, CO's. Assure accuracy of layouts. Enforce
safety policies/procedures. Inform owner of labor and disputes and /
or personnel problems.
Supervise and maintain adequate and competent subcontractor labor
crews, schedule and coordinate activities of all subcontractors /
vendors. Supervise subcontractors to
assure compliance with quality control program and minimal punch list.
Supervise subcontractors to develop pre-punched check off lists.
Obtain client / Architect
signature on final punch list completion certificate. Schedule the
routing / delivery of materials, and take precautions to prevent job-
site theft. Maintain a daily recap of events to review with
subcontractors & owners on a weekly basis. Document all field changes
and as-built conditions to architect & owner. Responsible for all
accounting, AIA pay request for subcontractors.
Overall, I have established a reputation of being ahead of schedule
and under budget, while maintaining quality workmanship in all phases
of the job.

SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS:
. 110,000 sq ft senior housing facility, Franklin, TN., Finished
project in 8 months, and $200,000 under budget.
. 125,000 sq ft Burlington Coat Factory. From start to finish ~ 9
weeks, 3 days. The St. Peters project job duration set record out
of 110 stores.
. 55,000 sq ft Baymont Inn & Suites, N. Houston, Central Houston, and
SW Houston, 3 story elevator & indoor pool. Completed 3 months
ahead of schedule & 131,000 under budget.
. Applebee's Restaurant ~ Benton Harbor, MI. Of 1,400 Applebee's
built, still holds job duration record ~ 58 days from start to
finish during the winter months.
. Four Mazzio's Pizza Restaurants completed in 12 months. Franchise
owner allowed Gary Mitchell, Construction Manager, to change roof
structure design, which saved $18,000.00 per building. Mazzio's
Pizza plans and specifications.
