one of only 7 in the U.S. Army.
- Performed as Acting Commander for 10 months.
- Developed unit’s mission.
- Trained all personnel, including original orientation, ongoing training and conducted briefings.
• Able to determine and schedule the necessary schools required for the initially assigned untrained
Soldiers to attend and achieve 90% qualified status within the 1 st 2 years
• Researched, coordinated, and enabled the unit to achieve Airborne status. The first Airborne unit
within the state in more than 15 years
• Requested and executed unit’s annual supplemental budget which exceeded $100,000 annually.

• Administratively tracked more than 200 Initial Entry Trainees across multiple installations with

• Aided over 50 Recruits with the transition to becoming a Soldier by providing administrative
