blended, packaged, and distributed plastic resin. They also manufactured a

variety of plastic products for both industrial and consumer markets. The

manufacturing processes that the company employed included grinding,

pelletizing, and blending of resin, sheet extrusion, thermoforming, and

injection molding.

o Supervised all facility operations of a 250,000 sq. ft. multi-building

campus on 13 acres and up to 250 employees.

o Created a second shift utilizing available employees to increase

production by 10% while reducing overtime by 8%.
