Developed a common Hybrid automation framework for all the products in

MUR - The Mobility Unified Reporting (MUR) is a Web-based application

providing a unified reporting interface for diverse data from Cisco Systems

In-line service and storage applications.

Clarify is the well renowned CRM application developed by Amdocs. I have

been involved with testing of the OMS module of the CRM application.

Order Management System (OMS) provides an end-to-end solution for handling

customer's product-related requests such as selling new products, changing

current products and performing product-oriented inquiries. Order

Management enables to order the service the customer requested, support

changes when necessary, keep customers informed of meaningful progress of

their orders, and track and manage to successful fulfillment on time.

Project Fusion is the overall program to upgrade and consolidate legacy

Symantec and Veritas web sites and functionality using TeamSite CMS. The

existing Veritas products pages were enhanced to align the UI with the

overall Corporate Website look and feel. The Project's Client were the

Customer Experience team and the User Experience team.

Teamsite is a content management tool used to manage content and tasks for

website development. Teamsite allows the Symantec website structured into

various branches of development.

GMS use in Symantec is to provide an efficient and quick turnover for the

translation of the new Symantec website content
