Planned, coordinated and delegated all planning-related activities (Daily, PPM, & Plant

Turnarounds).

Responsible for the overall success of the planning function, including identifying key

tasks, procedures, safety measures, length of time for repair and cost estimate of labor,

materials, and outside services. Carried out field check when needed.

Assisted management in supporting the standards and expectations of personnel within

maintenance for optimum performance.

Prepared purchase requisitions to Materials Coordinator for materials as needed for

planned jobs; ensured materials received met correct specifications as called for in job

plan.

Worked collaboratively and effectively with maintenance and production management

when planning maintenance work order requests (critical path; shared

equipment/processes).

Maintained and archived accurate records of completed work orders (PPM’s, projects,

repetitive and service type), turning them into readily retrievable job plans for future

work.

Ensured compliance tasks were performed and completed per EH&S standards.

Reported statuses of work orders to appropriate stakeholders (gatekeepers, originators,

management).

Reported Planned vs. Unplanned work and measured against stated goals.

Reported the forecast of future work tasks and aligned those tasks accordingly to

minimize downtime.

Communicated effectively with management and other stakeholders involved, of any

planned job anomalies or conflicts.

Participated in process improvement teams (Asset Reliability) and Root Cause

Investigation/Analysis Teams

Participated in weekly scheduling meetings and was facilitator backup.

Additional Responsibilities:

Uses Critical Path Methodology when creating job plans.

Review work orders for technical completeness. Returned work orders to

Gatekeeper/Work Order Originator if not complete.

Worked with Inventory Coordinator to make sure stocked supplies are available for

planned jobs.

Collaborated with Reliability Engineer and Lead Technicians on reliability and process

improvement ideas.

Involved with improvement teams on work process and equipment.

Backup to the Maintenance Scheduler/Coordinator in his absence (job assignments;

scheduling).

Backup to the PPM Coordinator in his absence (Acquire, update, modify PPM tasks

and frequencies).

Backup to the Materials Coordinator in his absence (procurement and marshaling).

Backup to the Inventory Coordinator in his absence (take-stock inventory).
