design, program design, data normalization across interfaces and managing
the programming, testing and implementation team. The system implemented
was designed to report the taxing requirements payable to each taxing
jurisdiction which contained a length of fiber optic cable. The system
operated in an on-line environment under CICS and was written in
COBOL/CICS. This candidate also extensively used PC based design aids.
System utilized was an IBM 30XX under OS/MVS.
