press-ready publications, rendering illustrations, creating freelance and exploring personal endeavors. Acquired recognition as "Artist of the year"
(2007 team award) as well as nominations for "Artist of the Year" and "Marketing Artist of The Year" for functional and creative adverts.
Experience
Developing professional experience in a quick working environment creating coupon ads for Clipper Magazine where I am gaining skills in
communication with clients, enriching my creative abilities and deepening my design wisdom. Playing essential roles in establishing the loyal
customer e-mail program through monthly e-mails.
I am developing many other skills and enriching my knowledge through other outlets as well. As I am working with American Musclecar, I am
able to mature my illustrator skills through commissioned fine art vector renderings of customer's classic muscle cars. I am being hand-selected
from groups to procreate specific projects such as difficult client's ads. By retouching vintage and current photos utilizing hand and digital
procedures, I am accomplishing a professional understanding of Photoshop and color. Gaining creative prowess through the publication of my
Christmas card in a competition among artists. My diversity is growing through created signage, presentations, and illustrations for various church
functions including plays, public car washes, and church programs. I am producing various projects including illustrations, brochures and logo
designs as well.
Skills
By using a plethora of hand and multimedia sources, I am strengthening my illustration and expanding my utilitarian illustration skill through
hand-renderings using tools such as a paint brush, airbrush, ink pen, pencil, pastels, scratchboard, ruling pen, rapidiographs, markers, and colored
pencils. I utilize gauche, watercolor and ink on mediums such as cold/hot-press illustration board, vellum and sketching paper.
I continually expose and implement my abilities in drawing digital creations via raster and vector sources. Using the bezier pen tool, blending tool,
brushes, filters and many other digital tools I make use of them in various methods and procedures to render digital art.
By procreating print products such as magazine covers, ad release, posters, logos, CD covers, corporate and identity campaigns, I am able to
expand and add to my understanding of gestalt principles, color theory and typography. I implement typography in illustrations, hand-renderings
and illustrative layouts, adjust my color theory through photo color correction, retouching and art renderings and add Gestalt principles in
illustrations, compositions and publications.
Developing three-dimensional through the creation of packages, kites, and signs
Working with developing prepress and camera-ready prints through hand-generate mechanicals with amberlith and acetate as well as creating die-
cuts. Develop prints using full color, black and white, and spot colors on many projects. I utilize electronic PDFs in many projects as a digital
output and color separation prepress method.
Gorging on 18 years of computer experience, I work in both the Microsoft Windows environment of XP Pro and Apple Macintosh experience of
OS 10.6. Becoming exponentially adept at using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Creative Suite (5), Type Align, PageMaker, Acrobat,
QuarkXPress, Microsoft Word, Power Point, Claris Works, Wordperfect, and GIF builder with an unending desire to learn more. Accomplishing

advertisement requests, I continually strengthen the understanding and effectiveness of marketing clients. I work on teams to furnish corporation’s
identity, produce ad slicks and process marketing ideas to implement my verbal and visual communicating ideas and proposals.
