of the website www.cityofchicago.org. VB & C #.NET were used with HTML and

JavaScript to ensure site productivity. Graphics were updated routinely

ActionScript 2.0. Also administered incoming calls from numerous

inhabitants regarding various questions and concerns about the city;

Transferring those of an emergency nature to 9-1-1, and those of non-
