JP Morgan Chase offers access to a wide range of products and electronic financial services that can meet all
f inancial needs. E lectronic Financial services deals and transact with states EBT, ECAP, and CCTA benefit payments.
E lectronic benefit transfer transactions are performed using debit cards issued by J.P. Morgan. The various corporate
reports a re generated periodically in UNIX box and mainframe tandem.
Child Care Time & Attendance is a web application built to record time and attendance, create adjustment
t ransactions by the state and to calculate payments and state will be paying to the provider. When a cardholder (i.e.
recipient of CCTA benefit) swipes a CCTA benefit card at the provider or regardless of method of entry of card
i nformation into the web application, debit card transactions follow the same process.
Responsibilities:
• Involved in analyzing and reviewing the Business requirements documents (BRDs) and Functional required
documents (FDDs) and detailed design documents (DDD).
• Developed test processes and approaches according to JPMC Chase and Six Sigma/CMM standards.
• Involved in developing and maintaining test plan, test strategies and execution.
• Involved in development and execution of test cases and test scripts for entire web application.
• Involved in logging, tracking and changing status of the defects in Quality Center.
• Involved in SQL Queries development for data retrieval.

Project: Electronic Benefit transfer (EBT)
E lectronic benefit transactions a re performed using debit cards issued by JP Morgan chase. JPMorgan is
d irectly responsible for the implementation of electronic benefit transfer (EBT) programs in nearly 30 US
states and ter ritories. The cardholder swipes an EBT card at any ATM to retrieve cash or through a
r etailer’s POS device to pay for purchases. JPMorgan is unique in leveraging payments and debit processing
capabilities against a broad spectrum of governmental needs and requirements.
Electronic benefit transfer solution offers reliable and stable features and functionality including: disaster
support services, ability for EBT client access to SNAP benefits via the internet, state and federal benefits
on a single card, scalable online women infants and children EBT solution, card issuance, card replacement,
over the counter card solution (OTC card issuance and replacement), account Expungement.
Responsibilities:

Project: Billing Management System
Info Tech is the only Indian IT Company working with the sole focus of providing CIS/CRM solutions to electricity
d istribution utilities. The project was to test the web based application, which enables the customer to access their
account. Phoenix is primarily dealt with B illing Management System (BMS) developed, which is aimed at automating and
standardizing the process of billing and generates statutory and analytical reports for the management. Along with
monthly bill processing, revenue collection information would also be processed through the system to ensure seamless
i ntegration of metering, billing and collection processes with regard to all the categories of Low tension and High-tension
consumers of the power distribution utilities.
Responsibilities:
• Developed automated test scripts using WinRunner .
• Prepared the test environment including setup of facilities, hardware and software.
• Involved in the complete QA Lifecycle activities like Pre-testing phase, User Acceptance testing phase and testing
phase.
• Executed different scenarios like compatibility, load test to identify bottlenecks on every component of the

Lehman is a financial institution. I ts business domain spans across America, Europe and Asia.
Data Management Suit is a web-based application for accessing Business Objects reports deployed within
I BA database. I t acts as a simplified version of Business Object full clients where users are able to retrieve
documents from the Corporate Repository, Personal Repository or Personal I nbox and display report
contents on their web browser.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate meetings, analyze business processes, gather requirements and write documentation within and
outside of the project lifecycle.
• Involved in generating Test Case, Test Plans and modifying existing Test Scripts.
