Executive Recruiter

High volume national recruiter for mechanical and electrical engineers,

including Six Sigma Black Belt. Clients included General Motors and General

Electric. Obtained detailed job order requirements for each open position

from hiring managers. Conducted in-depth phone interviews to evaluate

potential candidates, presenting only highly qualified candidates to hiring

managers. Performed background/reference checks. Negotiated and extended

employment offers between candidates and company. Followed up with company

and candidates upon placement to ensure compatibility. Placed cold calls to

businesses to present "top talent" candidates if no requisition was open

that matched their skills. Utilized Telemagic and PCRecruiter applicant

tracking system.
