and trafficking routes from Colombia, Ecuador and Peru to Mexico. Temporary duty to Mexico in

Intelligence and Law Enforcement Agencies.
• Served as the primary Liaison between ONI and U.S. MILGROUP, U.S. Law Enforcement
and Intelligence Agencies, Mexican Navy Intelligence and Security Offices, Host Nation
National Level Intelligence and Security Agencies.

Special Operations Civil Affairs’ Team Manager. Managed a four-person Civil Affairs Team

Alpha while coordinating humanitarian assistance and civic action projects. Collected,
managed and analyzed intelligence that assisted US forces to recover 8 weapons caches
with a total of over 400 weapons of different types and 20,000 rounds. Established,
managed and coordinated Force Protection and base security measures on a remote newly
constructed Base Camp while deployed to a combat zone.
• Regional Survey Team Member (RST), Assistant Operations and Intelligence Sergeant
(18F). Managed twelve to eighteen Special Forces Sergeants while conducting special
reconnaissance for U.S. diplomatic facilities in the Caribbean as well as Central and South
America area of operations. Complete knowledge of Special Operations (SOF) crisis and
contingency planning policy and procedures, and SOF operational tactics, techniques and
procedures (TTP) which were enforcing to maintain the correct product for the end user.
