Management of bid coverage and subcontractor participation to ensure accuracy and value
Review and de-scoping of competitive subcontractor proposals for bid package award
Compile and organize overall estimates to submit for negotiated and hard-bid projects
Presentation and negotiation of proposal package with clients and their representatives
Participation in subcontractor buyout, contract change orders, and allowance tracking
Maintain relationships with subcontractors and vendors for overall company bid list
Review of conceptual renderings to develop initial project budgets and SF programs
Management and negotiation of project budgets throughout design development
Takeoff and quantity assessment of structural concrete elements for various project types
Analysis of structural concrete construction phasing, logistics, and pricing
Project Management Responsibilities
Participation in weekly meetings with owners and architects to discuss current project issues
Maintain project schedule with coordination from field supervision and subcontractors
Management and tracking of project budget against design development and scope changes
Preparation and presentation to owner of change order requests and associated back-up
Coordination with owner’s vendors and contractors to identify scheduling and scope conflicts
Preparation and execution of subcontract documents
Compile, organize, and distribute all project submittals, RFI’s, and closeout documents
