This position process all incoming mail, faxes and undeliverable mail, plus
monitors electronic fulfillment such as e-mail or faxing. The incumbent at
many times works independently with little supervision and be able to
recognize what is needed, set priorities, establish high quality work
standards and be flexible with changing business demands.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
. Assemble response packages for mailing, include additional hard-copy
enclosures as indicated and forward to mailroom for processing.
. Process incoming white mail and faxes by scanning, creating cases and
maintaining electronic files.
. Process returned mail and designate as undeliverable in the Inquiry
Management System.
. Monitor queues for failed faxes, e-mail, and other electronic
fulfillment and reprocess as specified in Standard Operating
Procedures.
. Locally print packages for priority shipment and fax requests.
. Maintain inventory and order supplies required for the fulfillment
process to ensure adequate supplies and on hand to fulfill response
packages.
. Participate in the creation of and ensure adherence to Standard
Operation Procedures (SOP's) and other corporate or departmental
quality standards.

. Open DHL packages and confirm the contents in package to Rep
transmittal if no transmittal is in package. Each morning open vault,
take out overnight checks & certificates.
. Make up transmittal with content on if there is a discrepancy,
immediately escalate to team leaders. Prepped paperwork to be
scanned. Index, all checks, certificates and other paperwork.
. Pulled all transfer for transfer department and pulled re-scan
applications.

CLERK, MAIL DISTRIBUTION DEPARTMENT
Perform diversified clerical duties associated wit receiving and logging in
packages delivered via FedEx, Airborne Express, UPS, etc. Also verify
signatures on wire transfers, verify balances, and run tapes on monies to
be deposited to accounts. Mail out credit cards and checkbook re-orders,
either via registered mail, regular ground mail or UPS. Operate postage
meters.
COUPON COLLECTIONS TEAM, CITIBANK MONEY CENTER 1997 - 1998
Processed incoming mail for coupons and student loans; verified and proofed
approximately $30,000 in bearer bond coupons, coded and entered information
into computer to be mailed to paying agents, and posted figures for end of
day proof. Verified check and balance payments to ensure proper credit for
student loans. Received superior Performance rating and was commended for
excellent attendance and punctuality.
CURRENCY EXAMINER, CITIBANK MONEY CENTER 1996 - 1997
On daily basis, counted, verified and proofed approximately $3.1 million in
incoming currency for counterfeit or mutilated bills. Also verified
canceled food stamps.
SAFE DEPOSIT MANAGER/SAFE DEPOSIT ACTION TEAM 1985 - 1996
Coordinated closing of 7 retail branches. Send out 30-day letter to
customers to collect past-due balances. Prepared all documents for
transfer of safe deposit box contents to other branches, scheduled
appointments and referred customers wishing to open boxes at other
branches.
. Successfully acted as liaison between closing branches and safe
deposit customers, resulting in 30% customer retention rates at new
branches.
