Work History

1. Rock-Tenn Company. 1997- Present.

Started in Janitorial Department. Traded with another

employee to move to the Paper Machine's. Qualified up to

4th hand while in the Plugger category. Worked as a relief foreman for 5

years while in the Plugger and 6th hand category. Currently the salaried

C-Shift Tour Foreman on 3-4 Paper Machine and Shipping. Troubleshooting

process upsets and scheduling repairs. Monitors and enforces safety rules.

Plans and leads safety meetings. Manages training for the shift.

2. Smurfit Stone Bag Plant Yulee. 1995-1997

. Bag Machine Operator. Qualified on and operated all bag machines

from small beer bags to full size grocery sacks. #1 in production

records during my last year. One of four employees chosen to run

new five million dollar handle bag machine.

3. Yulee Auto Parts. 1994-1995

. Parts distribution. Store manager after 6 months.

4. Amelia Island Plantation Security. 1993-1994

. Security Patrol Officer.

5. US Army 1989-1993

. 2 years in Germany guarding chemical dispersant weapons and

nuclear missiles. Provided security during Operation Golden

Python, the retrograde of all chemical weapons from Germany.

. 2 years in Savannah, Ga. Patrol officer providing normal police

duties. Awarded Army Achievement Medal for most D.U.I. arrest with

convictions.

Accomplishments:

. Qualified 4th hand while in plugger category. (One of two in last

15 years.)

. 1st person in paper machine management to do 500 M.O.S.S.I.E.

observations. (Behavioral Science Program.)

. Designed Paper Machine P.I. page. (Process information program

used for troubleshooting and continuous monitoring.)

. Created Crew Leader Grade Recipe Program.

. Created a diagramed equipment list for paper machine tour foremen.

. ISO9001 Internal Auditor.

. Kepner Trego trained.

. Qualified as confined space entry inspector.
