for rent.

Creating of spreadsheets for tracking accounts

receivable and accounts payable. Spreadsheets to

track open storage units, units coming up for

yearly lease renewal and monthly lease renewal.

Spreadsheets for tracking expense items and capital

depreciable items as they relate to each duplex and

storage unit.

Creating templates for Letterheads, Business Cards,

Contracts, Leases, Over Due Notices, and Logos.

I also provide training lessons on PC Computer

functions.

Placing rental advertisements, showing prospective

tenants properties, following up on tenant

complaints, performing minor property repairs.

Joined the military while still in High School,

went to Basic Training between my Junior and Senior

year at Fort Sill Oklahoma. Went to my Advanced

Individual Training between my Senior year of high

school and Freshmen year of collage at Aberdeen

Proving Grounds Maryland.

Trained in the working of electronics in Generator

Mechanic School. The mission of the generator

mechanic is to maintain generators in their use in

a large range of operations, from the mundane to

the mission critical position.

Attention to Details: In all jobs details are very

important. As a Specialist in the Army National

Guard it was always very critical that Attention to

Detail was always foremost in my mind while

completing a project.

Graduated as Distinguished Honor Grad, top of my

class, from Advanced Individual Training.

Attained grade of E4 - Specialist, in Generator

Mechanic. The grade E4 is 3 promotions during my

military service.

Held Assistant Squad Leader position. Leading up to

two people at a time to complete our objectives. In

this position, I developed skills in Leadership,

Team Work, Delegating Assignments and Risk

Management.

Cross Training - 63W Wheeled Vehicle Mechanic and

63H Track Vehicle Mechanic. By cross training, I

developed a wider variety of skills. In my

leadership position, because of cross training, I

was able to evaluate my personnel in all 3 skills.

My Company was activated to Germany in 2005. I

worked in Germany alongside local German civilians

to complete our assigned projects. This project

provided a nice insight to working with people

outside the United States.

Hobbies & Interests

Working on programming projects, that enhances my

knowledge and skills in multiple languages such as

C++, C#, and SQL.

Working to improve skills in the use of the .Net

framework. Becoming proficient in the use of .Net's

capabilities.
