I was considered the resident expert on how to use FreeHand and

Fireworks in the design environment.

Also provided technical support for Macromedia FreeHand, Fireworks and

Fontographer.

Responsible for worldwide technical support escalations for Macromedia

FreeHand, Fireworks and Fontographer.

Worked closely with Engineering and SQA to quickly identify and solve

software and customer issues.

Susan Crane, Inc.

Computer Artist 1992 - 1994

Produced camera ready art from designer roughs for offset, flexography

and screen printing.

Responsible for proofing film, maintaining Macintosh computer hardware

and updating software. Software packages used included FreeHand,

Illustrator, PageMaker, Quark and Photoshop.
