• Finance lead on Maple Leaf Foods largest project in it’s history which involves a capital
investment of $0.6Billion. Project involves optimizing our current plant Network into larger
efficient operating plants. Responsible for analyzing, forecasting, and budgeting the
benefits of the initiative, and developing end state cost models.
• At the onset of 2008 Recall, Analyzed Food Safety Spend across all Maple Leaf and
presented findings to Senior leadership which included Chief Food Safety Officer
• Defined and created costing methodology for a post recall project which involved 1200
products, and developed and delivered training to over 20 finance Managers
• Created and implemented New Budget process on Capital & Six Sigma
• Margin analysis that has resulted in decisions to continue or discontinue products
