construction program to deliver the Navy's Zumwalt-class, "Next

Generation" destroyer, a multi-mission-capable surface combatant.

> Served as principal technical advisor for operations, doctrine, and

tactics development for Integrated Undersea Warfare (IUSW),

Integrated Air and Surface Defense (IASD), Land Attack Warfare

(LAW), Electronic Warfare (EW), Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection

(AT/FP), and Command, Control, Communications, Computers,

Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR).
