Reviews contractor's Quality Control plans for compliance. Monitors

contractor's compliance to the Work Schedule and guidelines of the

Contractors Past Performance Rating system. Generates change order

documentation, specifications and project related supporting documentation.

Participation Agreement (JPA), permit applications and construction plans

for conformance of utility locations and compliance with the Florida

Department of Transportation (FDOT) Utility Accommodations Manual.

Coordinates utility activities and insures compliance to State of Florida

laws under the Sunshine One system. Monitors existing/proposed utility

modifications, onsite conflict resolution and document utility activities.
