. Worked with a group of college peers in developing an application for
a research programing with C# using the ASP.NET Framework. Using the
Windows Azure Cloud Computing we enabled users to deploy data into the
cloud and exchange information via Facebook. The System Architecture
was based on ASP.NET MVC 3 platform with Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as
a back-end-database.
- Department Homeland Security, Software Engineering: Software Engineer
January 2009 - October 2009
. Used Software Engineering Methodology to adopt a systematic and
organized approach to update the existing software of Customs and
Border department of the port of Mayaguez. Worked as a liaison between
the team of software engineers and the Customs and Border supervisor
to ensure that the software was meeting the requirements established
by the Department of Homeland Security.
-Operating Systems Design: C++ Developer

. Tested the CPU Scheduling Policies used in Operating Systems and
implement software that analyzes and recommends to the user which
scheduling policy is best, given a number of different processes. The
application Compares the different algorithms used in UNIX and Windows
Operating Systems and uses mathematical calculations to verify which
policy is more efficient.
