Creates and maintains user guides and online help functions, specifically for the Capability-Based Architecture Development and Integration Environment and for the Architecture-Based Capability Analysis System software programs. Applied preset text and graphics tags to manual content that was culled from commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) publications and from independent Internet research. Produced a compliant final document in FrameMaker and converted it to a portable document format (PDF) file for customer delivery.
