RedPrairie acquired Escalate Retail Corp. and rebranded it as RedPrairie

Direct Commerce. RedPrairie Direct Commerce is an E-Commerce (B2B/B2C)

software development company that provides end-to-end business solutions

through their suite of products that fall under different labels like

Ecometry, Blue Martini, Big Ticket and Client Telling etc. I joined the

development team as a Software Developer in 2000. In 2007 promoted as the

Manager of the Software Development and in 2009 promoted as the Director of

Software Development.

. The legacy application is ported to .NET platform to create a new robust

market competitive product. This transition increased the market share of

the company which drove increased revenue in new software licenses and

maintenance.

. Created a hosting model of the application with projected revenue of $5

million. The hosting model penetrates into a new market for the company.

. Responsible for the architecture and development of a Web based UI for

the application. This solution brings the company to the top list for

hosted or onsite solutions with the capability to scale vertically or

horizontally. Also the implementation and upgrade process will be

simplified which provides the cost of maintaining the system for the end

user less expensive.

. Responsible for the planning and layout of a multi-phase project plan to

bring the product to market in a timely and profitable manner.

Architected the product to meet the PA-DSS standards. The approval by the

PCI council made the company one of the first to be listed in the

official list.

any newly requested features by clients based on priorities. This helped

. Designed and developed a new payment gateway interface of the product

line. The new gateway provided the way to integrate to multiple payment
