Currently serving as the Course Coordinator for a formal school instructor
development course providing certification for active duty and civilian
stand-up instructors and instructional designers Department of Defense
(DOD) wide.

As a Payroll Manager, directly supervised 56 military and civilian
personnel tasked directly with providing payroll and travel per diem
reimbursement support to 67,000 Marines and sailors. Responsible for all
functions including policy development and compliance, staffing,
compensation coordination and administration, training, payroll, record
retention, and personnel file compliance.
. Recruited, interviewed, and selected quality personnel for critical
staff positions commensurate with their expertise and experience.
. Monitored a team of seven payroll auditors to ensure that payroll was
completed accurately and timely.
