I am sending my resume for your review. I am excited for the
opportunity to serve Allstate/Encompass as a property claim adjuster. I am
confident of my abilities to provide accurate, fair inspections and quality
customer service.
While my experience has been in automotive claims, my desire is to
transition into property loss adjusting. I have some experience
sketching/scoping property claims and have obtained a demo copy of
Xactimate and am currently training on my own. I am very motivated to move
from auto to property and from an appraiser to an adjuster.
My industry experience began in a collision repair facility in 2002
and has continued as a field appraiser for the last seven years. I have
demonstrated an ability to work independently and prioritize assignments.
My customer service is excellent and I quickly build repoire with property
owners.
While not fluent, I am partially bilingual in Spanish. My ability to
communicate directly with most central valley residents streamlines the
inspection process and avoids delays waiting for interpreters or alternate
contact persons to become available. People also seem to appreciate that I
speak their language.
Finally, my commitment to accuracy and integrity ensure quality
