2007 - 2010 Senior Engineer/Project Manager

. Facilitate customer meetings to define project scope and

verify project requirements.

. Accountable for planning entire scope of project

objectives mainly: cost, time, material, material

availability, and quality.

. Schedule crews according to capability to perform jobs

estimates, contracts, and construction schedules using

. Responsible for monitoring the daily incoming work and

adjusting schedule to get optimum performance from

maintenance crews including long range planning

. Act as a leader and go between to ensure proper

relationship between management and union employees

. Maintain excellent written and oral skills to properly

manage the day to day work while constantly monitoring

the incoming work for any chance to introduce cost

effective changes to the schedule

. Participate in annual training programs that ensure up

to date understanding of all practices and procedures.

. Responsible for the protection of company assets.

Monitor audit of inventory on hand, making sure both in

stock and materials on trucks are tracked appropriately.

. At completion of projects create reports giving an

overview of customer needs and company solution

. Assure that inventory and material are restocked to the

required standards of the material team.

2001 - 2007 Work Management/Inventory Planner

. Responsible for attending daily meetings to screen

incoming work, take work in a designated area and place

it in the schedule accordingly.

. Responsible for scheduling crews to perform planned

maintenance according to abilities, screening crew

members and maintaining all employee files

. Interface and collaborate with Work Management, Supply,

Operations, and Engineering to identify and resolve

customer needs.

. Provide direction to the Maintenance Departments for

corrective maintenance repairs, predictive maintenance,

preventive maintenance and the execution of

modifications and projects.

. Determine procedures, drawings, equipment, estimated

time, materials and specialized labor required to

perform planned work packages.

. Prepare work packages for work to be performed by the

respective maintenance departments to insure that the

maintenance is performed in a safe, reliable, and

efficient manner, in compliance with the QA manual,

company policies, procedures, and applicable codes and

standards.

. Responsible for totaling time and hours for payroll on a

weekly basis and entering into Passport, as well as

making any adjustments and verify receipt by corporate

payroll.

. Responsible for conducting interviews and screenings for

possible crew members according to abilities

. Responsible for dealing with grievances and follow up

according to procedures laid out in both the union and

Comed handbook. Documenting and ensuring that any

disciplinary actions are properly carried out.

. Perform random checks on crews to make sure that they

are following proper procedures including proper dress

and safety gear

. Identify, coordinate and schedule any training that is

needed for crews under my management.

. Ensure Technical Service associates are trained and

required certifications are obtained.

. Recommend and execute strategies for completing annual

programmatic maintenance and improving maintenance

completion within Operations.
