5/08-8/11: I was in charge of overseeing the maintenance of Heron's Run Apartment community,

coordinating sub-contractors and vendors, and assisting tenants to assure that all maintenance

and improvements were done in a timely and acceptable manner. The apartment community that

I recently left had very high regards and respect for me due to my determination and work ethic,

8/06-2/08: I was in charge of scheduling sub-contractors in the building of both custom and

production homes, and overseeing the maintenance of job sites for safety. I also communicated

with the banks and investors, regarding bank draws and the home buyers regarding their

concerns. I sent daily reports to my employers via computer on any and all work being done and

was sole in charge of scheduling inspections with the building department.

establish a friendly relationship with the area inspectors, and a greater understanding of building
