ACCOMPLISHMENT:

Having over Thirty years experience in Pharmaceutical Manufacturing, I was able

to use my knowledge in helping to troubleshoot a lot of the equipment, when

there was a problem running the lines. This experience was beneficial in attaining

higher production yields, as well as decrease equipment downtime.

Solid Dose Manufacturing: From the weighing out of All necessary components; Dry

mixing the powders, addition of the binders, wet milling and drying of the mixed

powders, all the way through the compression of the finished tablets. Some years in

the Packaging of the Tablets as well. Aerosol Filling Production Technician: This

position involved operating a Fill line in the Manufacturing of Aerosol Vials used to

help treat Asthma and Bronchitis. Also, a number of years in the packaging of these

vials. Performing set up, running line, reconciliation of lot, cleaning of equipment

after run was completed as well as changing over to next Product. Using good

teamwork skills to help achieve Production Goals. Responsible work habits used to

attain Managements Safety Expectations. Assisted in the training of many new

technicians. Adhering to all GMP Regulations, Policies for Product Compliance.
