I resigned from my position as property manager because of
the death of my youngest son in January 2008 and my father
in June of 2008.

management companies to cover for managers on leave of
absence, maternity leave or sick leave. Some of my vendor
accounts were Angelo Construction, Tom Hutton Painting and
Park Landscape Maintenance.

Personal:
I have been employed as a Professional Community Association Manager for
over 20 years. Aside from my experience as a HOA manager I have an
additional 23 plus years in rental property management and property
maintenance experience. In 2008 I took time off from management because of
the death of my youngest son. In January 2009 I returned to the HOA
Community, as a Marketing representative, for a Termite Service in their
HOA division.
During the 70's and early 80's, I owned and managed a small landscape and
tree trimming maintenance business in Los Angeles County. My accounts
covered single family, commercial and industrial properties. I established
accounts with Bob's Big Boy Restaurant, Glendale Unified Schools, La Canada
Lutheran Church, and many others.
In the early 80's I managed properties for a large Glendale Real Estate
Broker and supervised all of the on sight managers as well as all of the
residential properties (apartments, single family, and condominium
conversions), providing apartment inspections and overseeing the landscape
and building maintenance.
I returned to managing the landscape business in the mid 80's when I was
given the control of the landscape business. I moved to Orange County in
1987 and continued to run the landscaping business until it was sold in
1989.
Interests and Activities
Established a new Non-profit Charity, QOLA, Inc. for the disabled,
volunteer with the MDA Association, I am presently writing 2 children's
books, illustrating the graphics for both books. I design and sell floral
arrangement and wreaths.

CCAM Certification in 1995 and 2003
Computer Skills
Proficient with Windows, Microsoft Word and Microsoft works, Publisher and
other PC graphic programs, some Apple/Macintosh computer system experience
in the early 90's.

Salary History
My last position in HOA management paid a salary of $50,000 per year, (my
salary is negotiable), along with Medical, Vision, Dental Insurance and
life insurance.
