PROJECT PROFILE: The Study And Performance Evaluation of
GREEN BOILER
DESCRIPTION:
• Installation of Green boiler is an initiative to replace one of a coal fired boiler with a
biomass residue fired boiler for steam generation
• Green boiler utilizes the biomass in absence of which the equivalent amount of
biomass residue would have been burnt in an uncontrolled manner without
utilizing them for energy purposes.
• Installation of boiler, designed to fire fuel mix of biomass and F grade coal at
70:30 ratio
• . Due to this the coal comsumption is greatly reduced and with this we able
to achieve CLEANDEVELOPMENT MECHANISM(CDM)
EXPERIENCE:
Worked as Site Engineer at PRODUCER GAS PLANT maintained by IIEPL under the
supervision of ITC at ITC-PSPD,Bhadrachalam unit for 5 months
ROLES :
• Active praticipitation in TPM(Total productive maintainence)
• Maintainence of all equipments and components
• Rectifying abnormalities and fixing
• Risk assessment analysis for high risk operations
