concept of REDTACTON which takes the human body as a communication network by name HAN

(Human Area Network).

B. Tech Thesis Project:

Title : DESIGN AND IMPEMENTATION OF MARS ROVER USING WIRELESS

TECHNOLOGY

Team size : 4 members

Description : RF refers to Radiofrequency, the mode of communication for wireless technologies

Of all kinds, including cordless phones, radar radio, GPS, and radio and television broadcasts. RF

communication works by creating electromagnetic waves at a source and being able to pick up those

electromagnetic waves at a particular destination. These electromagnetic waves travel through the air at

near the speed of light. the wavelengths of an electromagnetic signal is inversely proportional to the

frequency, the higher the frequency, the shorter the wavelength signals with longer wavelengths travel a

greater distance and penetrate through,and around objects better than signals with shorter wavelengths.

this project is implemented in two sections transmitter section, receiver section the transmitter section, a

PC is connected to RF TX module with microcontroller using serial cable RS232.,the instruction are given

from the PC. The constructions such as Left, right, forward, backward and stop instruction is sent by RF

with the help of PC. The data instruction is sent by RF transmitter. Receiver section, the RF RX module is

connected to microcontroller board. The signals from the transmitter section are received by the RF

receiver through the receiving antenna .the controller will control the robot direction according to the

instruction which is given at the transmitter section. Then the robot will move in that particular direction

for the given instruction.
