Presently leading a service delivery for a global pharmaceutical NJ based
client in the capacity of Program manager valued at USD 19 Million with
Sales revenue of USD 5 Million to address audit findings and compliance
gaps. Leading a team of 17 resources currently including contractors.
Responsibilities include managing client relationship, leading a team of
Project managers, appropriate escalation to senior management, resource
allocation, budget planning, offshore-onshore model development,
interaction with various groups from engineering to operations groups,
development labs to production rollout including coordination with other
regions such as EMEA and ASPAC.
Led an IdM service delivery as a Program manager for a large manufacturing
client. Managing a Revenue of USD 5 Million and generated Sales Revenue of
USD 1.5 Million. Managing a large team of 35 resources - onsite, onshore,
offshore and 3rd party subcontracted teams. Developed Pricing &
Profitability matrix for the engagement firm. Manage budgets, contracts &
invoicing for the 3rd party firm.
Led an internal Information Management initiative (PRD initiative) to
streamline and enhance service delivery to the clients. Identified 14
sub-areas to develop strategic solutions to bridge gaps and develop tools
& resources.
Networked with other Alliance Leads, Product Owners, business groups such
as ITS, SLTC and Knowledge Connection to ensure the deliverables were risk

PricewaterhouseCoopers / Entology Inc.
Worked in an Architect Role in Entology, Inc's (acquired by
PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2008) Identity Management and Web Services
(Enterprise Applications) Practice covering strategy, analysis, design,
and implementation of solutions. Engagements included LDAP directory
design, consolidation and synchronization of authoritative identity
sources, and implementations of access management and provisioning
solutions in the Identity Management Practice. Engagements included .NET,
Java and Portal implementations in the Enterprise Applications Practice.
Expertise in the implementation and customization of Oracle Identity, Role
and Access Manager for the 19 clients.
Led a year long effort to standardize access management and single-sign-on
practices for Global Research and Development division for a global
Pharmaceutical company. Established reference architecture for IT
resources using Oracle Access Manager for SSO and Access Control, along
with standards-based playbook for IIS, Weblogic, and OSS development
platforms. Converted twenty-five .NET and Java applications in PGRD domain
to utilize the new reference architecture.
Led 10 projects in .NET technologies (some implementations with Plumtree
Portal).
Led one of the biggest multi-lingual Entology projects DuPont
(www.stopdatapro.com) to its successful completion with multi-member team
with off-shore development. This site tool was developed for DuPont to be
re-sellable to its external clients using licensing mechanisms.
Led a team of up to 10 resources on several engagements in a Lead
Architect and/or Project Manager Role. Conducted design sessions with the
clients to produce requirement documents.
Worked on several Requests for Proposals (RFP) and Proof of Concepts
(POC), few of which have now converted to multi-year multi-member
multi-million dollar engagements for PwC.
Trained newly hired team members on IDM suite to be active deployable
resources.
Known for developing and communicating risk strategies, mitigation plans
to client stake-holders ensuring timely and quality delivery, with focus
on deliverables and prevent scope creep.
Computer Generated Solutions
Worked for NYC Department of Education in a Lead Architect role for
developing high traffic optimized .NET based applications. Complete
ground-up Architecture Design was done for both sites using SQL Server
2000 as the backend and ASP.NET/C# Web Application as the front-end. Used
Object Oriented Design & UML use cases to communicate and get approvals
from stake-holders.
Food Ordering and Procurement System
(http://www.opt-osfns.org/osfns/reference/applications.aspx ) - This site
was designed to improve efficiency by 50% in supply chain management
process through implementation of food ordering and procurement systems.
These applications were very time and data sensitive for scheduling
deliveries to schools. This site maintained school order data for 1.2+
million New York students regarding their everyday school meals needs. The
site handled various order types such as regular orders, emergency orders,
and special function orders. Introduced shopping-cart features and ad-hoc
reporting mechanisms while maintaining logged-in user security levels.
PSAL Finance - This site was designed to keep track of budget allocation
of sports. Created web reports for different staff levels in various
formats for lower to upper management.
Zurich Financial
Managed a team of 2 members to execute conversion of online web claims
system to ASP.NET/C# based application from classic ASP 3.0 application.
Credit Suisse First Boston
Led several projects for Fixed Income Derivates division for CSFB
Pipeline - Re-design extremely complex commercial mortgage application to
migrate from Classic ASP 3.0 to C#/ASP.NET with Sybase backend. Managed a
team of 4 developers.
Legal Summary, Request Tracking, Small Balance and Core - Designed ground
up applications using Action Works Metro Builder & Metro Markup Language
with web front-end for internal use.

Worked as Consultant to develop & implement the following systems using VB
6.0, ASP, SQL 6.5, and Lotus Notes 5.0:

Electrolux Kelvinator Limited
Worked on several projects with responsibilities varying from a Developer

Implemented JD Edwards on AS/400 system Financial Module and acted as

BRAIN (Branch Invoicing) - Sole developed using FoxPro 2.6 system after
gathering requirements and successfully implemented to 75 national
