I am an aggressive self starter with 25+ years of experience in the fields of Safety,

Environmental, Health and Loss Control. I have developed and implemented successful

safety programs at a variety of different operations from retail to manufacturing. My

work experience includes but is not limited to working with federal, state and military

agencies on environmental, safety and health issues, the formulation and

implementation of environmental, safety and health policies and procedures, working

with contractors and sub contractors in the development and enforcement of safety and

environmental programs, conducting industrial hygiene sampling, job safety analysis,

job site hazard identification surveys, root cause analysis, accident investigations,

ergonomic review and design of work stations. I am also well versed in the worker’s

compensation laws for the state of Oklahoma and have managed both insured and self

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Senior Environmental Safety Health & Quality Rep.

Oversee and coordinate the Environmental Safety Health & Quality program

for the transformation of manufacturing cells at Tinker Air Force Base in order

to maintain or exceed Environmental Safety Health and Quality standards set

by OSHA, EPA, US Air Force and other governmental agencies. This includes

the developing of policies and procedures to meet these standards.

Oversee and coordinate the Environmental Safety Health & Quality programs

of the prime contractors and their sub contractors working on the project to

insure that they were meeting or exceeding the Environmental Safety Health

and Quality standards set forth by OSHA, EPA, US Air Force and other

governmental agencies.

Work with Air Force Bio Engineering and Safety departments in evaluating

potential Safety and Industrial Hygiene issues related to the construction and

demolition projects. This includes soil sampling, soil remediation, sampling

for lead based paints, sampling for heavy metal dusts, testing of exhaust

systems and sampling of noise levels.

Produce written reports and documentation of the Environmental Safety Health

& Quality efforts conducted by Battelle Memorial and their contractors to the

governmental agency overseeing the transformation project.

Provided loss control services for over 100 accounts with a total premium over

13 million dollars. The primary focus of this book of business was

manufacturing and construction operations.

Worked directly with the insured in the development of a safety related

business plan to reduce the number and severity of accidents in their

operations. Provide engineering and resource assistance to the account to

assist in their compliance with federal, state and contracted safety and

environmental requirements. Helped accounts in developing corrective actions

and responses to OSHA and EPA on citations that were received.

Conducted hazard assessments, job site hazard identification surveys, industrial

hygiene sampling, ergonomic reviews, machine guarding surveys, engineering

support in safety related issues and work station design, help accounts in the

development of safety policies and procedures, participate in account safety

committees and conduct safety training for all accounts. Larger accounts that I

carriers in the preparation and presentation of defense materials for claims in

all lines of insurance. Assigned as the company representative in cases brought

Worked directly with governmental agencies in the areas of OSHA and EPA

tanks on the property, completion and filing of hazardous waste disposal

documentation, completion and filing of waste water and hazardous waste
