Title: General Supply Specialist
Credit Card Holder: Purchased equipment, and supplies with Government Credit Card. Reviewed
credit card requests to validate required authorizations and approvals to be in compliance with applicable
government regulations. Ensured funding was approved and certified prior to proceeding with
procurement. Contacted vendors’ and performed market research to obtain 3 quotes for each purchase
order. Inspected deliveries for damage, and checked packing list against my purchase request to verify
quantity, and price. Initiated paperwork to issue new equipment and supplies to corresponding
government officials to maintain an audit trail of Army property. On a monthly basis, reconciled credit
card purchases with US bank. Maintained receipts on file for 5 years to comply with Army audits and
inspections. Special projects coordinator primarily involved with external credit card audit inspections.
Ensured audit findings, and observations were corrected, and properly addressed.
Equipment Manager: Responsible to effectively manage 5,000 items worth approximately 50 million
dollars. Served as the technical advisor to the commander on supply operations and procedures.
Maintained property inventories, and facilitated equipment to government officials to complete required
mission. Performed physical semiannual property inspections to resolve problems and to ensure
government property was safeguarded. Ensured missing equipment was reported on a Financial Liability
Report to initiate investigation. Conducted surveys, to determine the validity of logistics requirements to
complete the mission. Coordinated the re-distribution, transfer, shipment, and disposal of property for the
Department of Defense. Issued equipment, and supplies to support the mission. Maintained an excel
database to track government property to include, Bar code, description, serial number, model, and exact
location. Performed liaison duties with project leaders and contractors to monitor the shipment of
equipment to ensure timely receipt, inventory, and control. Responsible to provide Army auditors’ with
accurate inventory reports, and to resolve any discrepancies.
Test Equipment Coordinator: Conducted physical inventories to identify Test, Measurement and
Diagnostic (TMDE) equipment to be calibrated. Arranged equipment delivery to calibration Test Facility.
Responsible to ensure Test Facility was paid on time for services provided. Affixed calibration status
labels on each item to determine when equipment was due to be calibrated. Maintained an excel database
to track, control, and manage TMDE to include; Owner’s name, Serial Number, Model, Manufacturer,
Nomenclature, last calibration date, and Test Facility charges.

Desk Clerk: Utilized the Property Hotel System to register guests, and assigned rooms upon check in.
Secured reservations with government credit card, and collected payment. Changed, and cancelled
reservations. Responsible to account for cash and credit card credit card receipts at the end of each shift.
Maintained inventories of all room keys, and other supplies and amenities maintained at the front desk.

Procedures (SOP) to effect changes in the supply program
Defense Travel Administrator (DTA): Trained personnel on how to initiate travel orders in the Defense
Travel System (DTS). Established user’s profiles. Booked Airfare, Hotel reservations, and Car rental in
DTS. Assisted personnel in submitting travel vouchers to be reimbursed on completed travel.
