Trained and managed a staff of more than 30 personnel, with emphasis on the
use and care of document conversion equipment. Responsible for managing
classified information, maintaining records, overseeing inventory of
equipment and supplies, and handling client requests.
Products include digital imaging and document conversion to CD, DVD, or FTP
secure lines. Clients include the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, World
Bank, E*Trade, Verizon Wireless, National Institutes of Health, Children's

Digix, Inc., a division of Kodak, Inc.
Gaithersburg, MD
Supervisor for Kodak's digital imaging plant. Managed the night shift
operation of the facility, including image fulfillment, photo CD, special
product, and billing departments.
Responsible for personnel performance. Trained staff in making photo CDs
and prints (including color correction), use and maintenance of printers
and processors. Maintained chemistry in processors through the use of test
strips, densitometers, and Kodak's software program. Clientele included the
Smithsonian Institution, National Geographic Society, Reiger
Communications, Inc., and other organizations requiring a high level of
product quality.
