o Requested by senior management to restructure an unprofitable remote
Office. Through an extensive interview, hi ring and t raining process, we
were able to cut costs by 50% over a 4 month period
o D ue to superior work established by our vault and cash systems, our
vault department personnel were asked to participate in several
p rojects which tested the (OSI) database to t ruly capture missed
revenue. By testing, critiquing and advising, this practice was set in
motion (companywide) Overall revenue was increased by 25%
o Oversaw the operations of 2 fully functional armored facilities. This
included safety, f leet, r isk, security, inventory, DPS and DOT
requirements. By managing the costs, employee retention and
implementing a stringent f leet preventative maintenance program, both
facilities were consistently top performers. Revenue ranged between 38
and 42%
o Continually achieved 98 to 100% on time, daily deliverables for 2
