Corporate Human Resources department for a national petroleum distribution

and retention, demographic statistics, regular company-wide and

regional headcount reporting, additional analysis as needed.

. Management of compensation data and analysis to assist in the building

of salary grades and structures. Rollout of annual salary planning

and performance review process.

. Project management of the implementation of ADP Virtual Edge

Professional Applicant Tracking and Salute Onboarding systems.

Ensured data integrity in the payroll system to allow for smooth data

feeds during testing and go-live. Additional HR project management as

required.

. Consolidated existing benefits plans and managed the design and roll-

out of an enhanced company-wide Health & Welfare plan to all

employees. Continuous management of plan design, enhancements and

changes, and adherence to ERISA, HIPAA and other Federal and State

carriers. Employer increases were held to 2% below budget and kept

employee premium increases low while providing plan enhancements and

Strategic business partner providing overall generalist Human Resource

management to the Corporate office and Western region. Worked closely with

Sr. VP of HR to deliver several key objectives in the process of building a

consolidated Human Resources team.

Key Contributions:

. Along with executive staff and senior management, identified

appropriate vendor and successfully integrated five different legacy

payroll systems into one centralized system through the implementation

of ADP PayForce. Project completed within 6 months. Reduced manpower

needs and reduced payroll processing costs by 20%. Integrated data

provides team members with increased ability to quickly respond to

business needs.

. In a 6-month period, consolidated five existing 401(k) plans into one

company-wide Safe Harbor plan through T. Rowe Price. During economic

downturn, successfully appealed to the Executive team to reduce rather

than remove the company match resulting in almost no change in

enrollment across the company and without any effect on our plan fees

and provider agreement.

. Ensure legal compliance with State and Federal regulations with an

emphasis on wage and hour law, and leave administration. Evaluate and

implement best practices to ensure continued compliance.

. Handled multiple levels of sensitive employee relations issues,

conducting thorough investigations and ensuring accurate

documentation.

. Complete Health & Welfare administration and billing reconciliation

for all regions. Handled all benefits -related questions, escalated

sensitive issues where necessary, conducted annual open enrollment
