. Radio Site Development: Directly responsible for coordinating and

scheduling site development activities for new construction (greenfield,

co-location and tenant improvement) radio / antenna sites. Implemented

30+ new trunked radio sites in two years.

. Change Management: Serve as the Government's Configuration Change

Manager, tasked to approve and process all radio system related change

requests including requests for new subscribers to use the system.

Collect and store detailed records of site and system configuration

changes through both a manual form and a database. Manage the Change

Control policies and process. Host Change Control Board meetings as

needed.

. Operation and Maintenance: Define plans, establish objectives and create

processes related to managing operations and maintenance activities,

budget development, inventory management, parts replacement efforts, user

training material development and contract administration support.

. Program Management: Manage program relationships between systems

integrator contractor (General Dynamics) and senior DOJ management to

include reporting, briefing, attending program meetings and generating

correspondence and documentation, resolve and/or escalate issues,

reinforce business perspectives and ensure on-going program success.

. Regional Interoperability: SME in field and tactical interagency

communications, suggesting and recommending COTS communications solutions

and policy/procedures. Represent the Government at meetings with local,

state, regional or national agencies. Develop and maintain cooperative

working relationships with other government entities, the business

sector, community organizations, and local, state, and federal officials.
