Upgraded an aging and unreliable MetaFrame XP 1.8 for Remote Data Capture
(RDC) to a new Aventail VPN and Citrix MetaFrame 4. Load balanced external
RDC users with BIGIP F5. Created application disaster restore plan, and
restored to plan at remote vendor, SunGARD: 2005 and 2007. Assisted with
the installation and validation testing Integic ePower CRFWorkmanager in OC
4.5. To reduce manual correction and rework coordinated customization for
Data Clarification Forms, between quality assurance and data management.
Supported OC on Symantec/Veritas UNIX Cluster. Qualified Symantec Backup
Exec for rapid recovery of OC4.5 at SunGARD. Loaded latest WHODrug and
MedDRA dictionaries in TMS.
